Established in 1980 by Dennis Rawlings, Rawlings Realty is one of the oldest and largest independent full service real estate companies in Lee County, Florida.

In 2011 Dennis went into semi-retirement and his twin daughters Christine Rawlings and Diana Rawlings Bever took over the operations of the company, continuing the family business.  Christine and Diana each have nearly 20 years in real estate.  Diana Rawlings Bever is now Broker of the company.

We have over 50 agents and many of them are former owners or managers. Many of our experienced agents hold advanced designations such as Broker, CCIM, GRI and CRS. Relocation

Rawlings Realty has an award winning relocation department. It is our policy to have our agents contact you and to begin servicing your real estate needs within 24 hours after contact has been made with our relocation department.

We provide an excellent relocation package free of charge that includes maps, general information about the area, school information and any other information that you request about Lee County.
